1. Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at kevinzhw@outlook.com with photos and your order number.
6. Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
